First and foremost it was an awesome experience to be coached by Rick, I found personally he was a good fit for me because he helped keep the main thing, the main thing.. Progress. 

I have been training for a couple years and never really achieved the goals I had in mind, it truly is amazing what proper nutrition can do to the body when the consistency is in place. All in all great experience and would recommend to anyone who would love to make a change. It won’t be easy but that’s all part of the process.

I’m someone who’s always had an interest in fitness but never had the proper understanding of how to achieve sustainable long term progress.

For years I struggled with binge eating, I would always "eat clean" for a short amount of time and then binge for weeks on end, leading me to gain quite a large amount of weight. I've jumped on every fad diet under the sun, losing a rapid amount of weight in a short amount of time only to binge and put it back on just as fast. The cycle continued for years.

Enough was enough and I decided to hire a trainer to help me get on the track and help me find that balance. That's exactly what happened when I met Rick - during our time working together Rick has taught me about energy balance, flexible dieting, the importance of consistency, getting adequate protein, sleep and stress management for performance and recovery. Overall just keeping it simple, No BS , no detox teas, no juice cleanses, no fat burners. 

Now my relationship with food has never been better, and I’ve made the best progress in the gym than I ever have in my life.
